AIMS OF THE PROGRAM Provide financial assistance to African Nova Scotian(Black) students so they will be encouraged to continue their post-secondary education immediately following completion of grade 12 in the Nova Scotia school system, develop leadership potential, and meet educational career and professional objectives.
