At North, we recognize the need for better representation, diversity and inclusion within the craft beer and restaurant communities. We recognize that there are deep seeded systems and practices within our industry that result in a lack of representation and opportunity for so many people. Our goal is to provide work opportunities and funding for education to individuals who are underrepresented in our industry, with the goal of working towards making the craft beer and restaurant industries more welcoming and equitable.
